These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 78phjoy ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 78phjoy online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at 78phjoy.org and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

78phjoy accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 78phjoy does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 78phjoy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 78phjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 78phjoy does not guarantee any winnings. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to take full personal responsibility for your wagering decisions.
78phjoy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Company may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

In the event of any dispute between you and 78phjoy, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. The Company will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 78phjoy from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
